Seaham Retreats is a holiday home rentals website for a growing collection of coastal apartments. Guests browse each property with honest photos and live availability, compare prices and book online in a couple of taps — with Stripe handling payments securely.
Behind the scenes, owners run everything from a management dashboard. A shared calendar syncs availability across every property and channel, so double-bookings never happen. Check-in is fully automatic — guests receive their door code and welcome pack at just the right moment, with zero front-desk work. After every stay, review requests go out automatically and verified guest reviews appear on each property page.
Key wins: bookings up 3x in the first season and roughly 15 hours a week reclaimed from phone calls and spreadsheets.
